The Hoopie Cash Party is the XIT board’s fundraiser at the Rita Blanca Coliseum. A $150 donation covers dinner and drinks for two and puts your number in the cash draw. The evening starts at 7 pm with live music.
Tickets are limited and go through the board, so reach out early. Find a director, make your donation, and you’re in for dinner, music, and a shot at the payout.
First place takes $9,999. Second takes $3,000, third takes $2,000, and every seventy-fifth number after that pays $500. There’s a custom gun raffle every year too.
