Ranch Bronc Riding Entry Form

Entry Fee $50.00

Rules:

  1. Must be 18 yrs old to ride
  2. Must ride for 8 seconds
  3. A standard working ranch saddle must be used and the horse shall be saddled as it would be for everyday use. Night latches are allowed
  4. Contestants must furnish own buck rein
  5. No hobbling of stirrups
  6. No mark out is required
  7. No whipping of horses with rope or crop but may fan horse with hat.
  8. Dress code enforced.
  9. Only one contestant plus one allowed in the contestant area/bucking chute.
  10. We will not tolerate poor behavior directed towards an official, stock contractor personnel, rodeo directors or volunteers.  Poor behavior directed towards any rodeo personnel will result in a disqualification and ban from future XIT rodeos.

All contestants must agree to the rules listed on this page as well as sign and agree to the Hold Harmless Agreement list below.

Maximum of 6 riders per night

Entry Deadline is July 25, 2025 or until perfs are full

HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT

WHEREAS, the undersigned is providing a service to and/or utilizing the facilities of the XIT Rodeo and Reunion; and

WHEREAS, such service and/or use requires the undersigned to be in and around the premises and business operations of XIT Rodeo and Reunion; and

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of being permitted in and around the premises and business operations of XIT Rodeo and Reunion and for other good and valuable consideration, the undersigned hereby agrees to protect, indemnify and hold harmless XIT Rodeo and Reunion, its subsidiaries or affiliated companies, directors, officers, employees, agents and assigns, against and from any and all liability of any and every kind, nature or description for injury to or death of any person or persons whomsoever and for loss or damage to any property whatsoever, together with all costs and expenses incident thereto arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, out of or in connection with the performance of services rendered and/or use of, provided such indemnification shall not extend to injury, death, loss or damage caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of XIT Rodeo and Reunion or its Directors.
