Step aside, rodeo stars — it’s time for the youngest members of the XIT family to take the spotlight! The Little Mr. and Miss XIT competition is one of the most heartwarming traditions of the XIT Rodeo & Reunion, celebrating the charm, spirit, and Western pride of our community’s littlest cowhands.
Each year, boys and girls ages 3 to 5 don their best boots, hats, and big Texas smiles to compete for the coveted title of Little Mr. and Miss XIT. It’s not just about cute outfits — it’s about showing off personality, confidence, and that unmistakable country charm that makes Dalhart so special.
