Alex’s story starts in El Paso, Texas, but Dalhart has been home since 2007. He grew up right here in our community, walked the halls of Dalhart High School, and proudly graduated in 2017. In 2020, he married his best friend, Sadie, and together they are raising four incredible kids — Xavier, Rhealee, Alejandro, and Nayeli. When he’s not directing this rodeo, Alex works as a Meter Technician at Rita Blanca Cooperative, serving this community he loves. We are so proud to have him leading the rodeo for one final, unforgettable year!
